The Imation LTO 4 offers advanced data protection and double the capacity from the LTO 3. It was designed to provide better quality, reliability and performance. It can hold up to 800GB native and 1.6TB with 2:1 compression. Transfer speeds can go up to 240MB/s and continues to use WORM support. The Imation LTO 4 includes AES 256-bit encryption in order to support breach risk and provide maximum data security.  It is compatible with all LTO Ultrium generation 4 tape drives and automation systems.
